How do I share a Reel?
Use Instagram’s Share option, open the phone’s share menu, and select ReelReps. On iOS, check More if it isn’t visible. Reopen the sharing tutorial from the Import Video page.
My import failed. What now?
Public Reel downloads can be blocked by Instagram. Try a saved video file you have permission to use. Failed imports don’t consume your allowance. An import may take longer if the video needs preparation or analysis.
Why doesn’t my video play offline?
The video needs to finish downloading to the device first. Connect to the internet, open the routine, and wait for its media to download.
How do I cancel Pro?
Manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play account where you purchased it. Canceling prevents future renewal; saved exercises and routines remain usable.
How do I move to another device?
Use your recovery key in Settings to link the same identity. Anyone with that key can access the linked identity, so keep it private. Cloud Sync is optional and must be enabled separately.

A support contact will be published before the store launch. During the private beta, contact the person who invited you and include your Account ID, not your recovery key.
