Account deletion.

The private beta currently uses a manual deletion process. Self-service cloud account deletion is not available yet.

Delete content from this device

Delete exercises and routines in the app. Settings → Video storage lets you remove recoverable downloaded videos that current routines don’t use. Removing the app removes its app-local data; your store subscription must be canceled separately.

Request cloud deletion

During the private beta, ask the person who invited you to arrange cloud account deletion. Provide only your Account ID. A public support contact and verified deletion workflow must be available before the store launch.

What the request covers

Account-specific sync data, import records, access grants, and associated uploaded media will be assessed for deletion. Shared public-video cache entries are handled separately from your private account. Subscription transactions or necessary audit records may be subject to retention requirements; the final public policy will state the applicable periods.

Cancel billing separately

A deletion request does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you purchased it to prevent renewal.
